Urbanac Renovations & Architecture is a specialised turnkey business incorporated in Gauteng in 2014 by Rory John Renaud. Our staff and crew bring years of experience, expertise and passion in residential, light commercial building, retail and high-end renovations.
Typical projects are structured with one of the principles as the primary project manager. A working supervisor or foreman is on the job from start to finish and is responsible for the site and all its stipulated regulations, deadlines, staff and contractors. We have worked with our subcontractors for years because our relationships are built on trust, performance and passion. Our employees were successfully chosen based on their ability, level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, as well as their personal qualities and values.
