Growing up alongside her father in the construction industry inspired Annette's passion for turning ideas into completed projects. With over 13 years of experience in administration, operations, finance, marketing and client relations, she provides the organisational support that keeps Urbanac running efficiently.

Annette oversees office operations, administration, marketing and client communication, ensuring every project is supported by clear processes, attention to detail and exceptional service. She takes pride in building strong relationships and creating a seamless experience for clients from concept to completion.

For Annette, construction is more than a career, it is a lifelong connection. She brings the same care and attentiveness to every client relationship as she does to the work behind the scenes.

Jessica Tamma brings 11 years of experience with Urbanac and a strong background in accounts, account management and business administration. As part of the team behind the scenes, she keeps the financial side of projects accurate, organised and running smoothly.

Jessica takes pride in being the calm and organised force behind the numbers. From managing quotes and invoices to coordinating payments alongside accountants and financial partners, she ensures every detail is carefully handled and clients have clear, accurate information they can trust.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys escaping to the African bush, where she finds peace and quiet away from the busy pace of everyday life. She also has a passion for interior design and all things artistic and visually inspiring.

With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Sydney Mokganyetsi is a dedicated Site Manager passionate about delivering quality workmanship and completing projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. His hands-on approach and strong leadership let him coordinate teams effectively while maintaining productivity and attention to detail on every site.

Sydney enjoys being actively involved throughout the construction process, working closely with his team to overcome challenges and keep projects on track. He believes clear communication is essential and takes pride in helping clients understand each stage of the project.

Amy van der Walt is an Interior Architect with 8 years of experience, driven by the balance between creativity and problem-solving. She holds a Master of Interior Architecture (Professional), cum laude, from the University of Pretoria, having also completed a BSc in Interior Architecture and an Honours in Interior Architecture there, together with a certificate in Graphic Design from UCT. She takes a client's vision, needs and aspirations and translates them into spaces that are beautiful, functional and deeply considered.

Her expertise spans design, 3D modelling and renders, shopfitting and procurement. Her approach brings together spatial planning, materials, lighting, detailing and visualisation to create interiors that feel cohesive, purposeful and personal. With a background extending into graphic design, lecturing, creative direction and event production, Amy brings a broad perspective while keeping design quality and functionality at the centre.

Outside of design, Amy has a strong interest in music, choral and a cappella performance, theatre, live events, food and visual culture, and has also trained in ballet teaching. Moving between creative disciplines keeps her curious and inspired.

Nathin Iver is a Senior Structural Engineer and Project Manager with more than 12 years of experience across structural engineering, civil infrastructure and project management. He is a Registered Professional Engineering Technologist (Pr Tech Eng) with ECSA and holds a BEngTech Honours in Civil and Structural Engineering (Cum Laude).

Nathin specialises in taking complex structural challenges from conceptual modelling through to safe, practical construction. His approach combines advanced structural design and finite element analysis with technical leadership, quality assurance and rigorous project coordination, turning architectural concepts into safe, buildable and compliant structures.

Outside of work, Nathin enjoys running 10 km races and road runs, playing padel, creating content and following football. He also hosts a creative social media video series called Chaos Challenge, documenting personal growth, fitness and lifestyle projects.

Kevin Lambrechs is an Architectural Technologist with 13 years of experience in architectural design. He holds a BTech in Architectural Technology and brings a thoughtful, practical and creative approach to turning ideas into functional spaces.

Kevin works closely with clients to understand how they want to live, work and experience their spaces, then translates those aspirations into well considered architectural solutions. His approach balances aesthetics, functionality and buildability, so each design is visually resolved and works in the real world.

Outside of architecture, Kevin enjoys time with family and friends, being outdoors and exploring new places. He admits he studies buildings wherever he goes, even on holiday.
